I think I'm missing some bits?
I've lost quite a few bits over the last few months. At the bottom of the front wings there are two small holes - what goes there? Am I right in thinking a couple of those bonnet bump stop rubbers from the front bumper might be the answer? And secondly, in the photo below (apart from the spring) what am I missing from inside the lamp adjust mechanism? I'm thinking there should be some sort of tubular spacer in there as the springs are too loose as it is now (hence one fell off which is now also lost)

Re: I think I'm missing some bits?
Thanks folks. I don't know where these bits disappear to, I've even lost two wheel nuts...I mean - how? The tubular do-da might not be so easy to find so perhaps I'll have to take a look at another one to see what size, length and width I'll need to cut. The lamp bar is causing me a few problems today due to it's not being sat right.

Old-Nail, I seem to recall someone mentioning that one of the steel tubes which are moulded into a gearbox mount can be used as a direct replacement for a headlight adjuster spacer tube which has 'escaped'. Mind you, not much good if you've binned that old gearbox mount... ken.

I might still have that Ken, what a good idea! I did clean the garage out last week though what's the chances I threw it out?

Probably bonnet clips of some kind. I prefer the metal spring ones... ...to the nasty rubber ones.

Re: I think I'm missing some bits?
Ooh!...Ahh!.....I thought the holes were there as standard....now there's a thing! I had toyed with the idea of some of these actually, but being leather they'd look like crap after a few weeks of weather I suppose.
