Not quite 2cv of course but here's a 4 cyl. GS type engine in a bike used by Gerard Curey in the 1983 edition of the classic Bol d'Or, seen at Retromobile 2006.

cripes!!

that GS engine Bol race bike looks a handful. Bet you had to have good upper body strength to hustle that from one side to the other for wiggly bits.
