Ok, so somebody's rear bumper impacted with my bonnet and now theres a nice dent about 8" across to the right of the grill. The metal isn't creased, will it pop out with some help?

I would think so... maybe heat it with a hair dryer or stripping gun to avoid any paint damage. obviously take the grille off... :)

When you bang it out Make sure you have something like a thick leather glove or a good thick cotton pad before u belt it.
This will
Spread the shock
Help to preserve the paint and will hopefully allow the dent to be softly knocked out

Best way i normally do it is to use the palm of me hand with the pad..
Normally very good results
