 Rear brake pipes

As long as they can't chafe, I see no problem in cable-tying. The tabs held the pipes inside little rubber sleeves - do the same for the tie-wraps.

Have a look at the rear arms closely, though, especially if they're portuguese - I've seen a couple that've rotted through from the inside.
