 Re: Tyres! Next question then; do they have to be balanced. The local tyre place say they can put tyres on for me that I buy elsewhere but their balancing machine needs a larger centre hole?
If it does need balancing which I presume they would for *cough* 70mph trips up and down the M1, where would people suggest taking it?

but if you feel vibration or wobble at about 60mph find someone who can do it

Re: Tyres! I've yet to find someone who can balance them, but if you move them around I've found there is usually an arrangement where they don't seem to wobble so much.

Re: Tyres! Currently prepping a house for tenants, moving house myself, returning to work after six months off my feet and setting up a business so anything other than 'drive to ... and give them money' is a little out of my league at the minute.
