 Re: swinging front windows
This is my version of a window clip/stay by 2steamhorses(Bob), on Flickr This how I hold mine open and also have a shorter pair of stays for less air flow on cooler days .Using some flat ali strip bent to 90 degrees at each end and tapered to fit the window, with the other end held by the widow clip/lock.

Rhythm Thief wrote: "Open on wing mirror" is a pain in the arse, as you've got to move the mirror every time you want to shut the window. And presumably it makes it harder to see thngs in the mirror. I don't have any problem doing it. I had a problem resting my arm on the window ledge when I had Dyanes because of the stupid sliding windows. The same with Amis actually.
