Well just checked mine , one is fairly new i only put it on recently, the others are 406 ,209 and 2100 so 1996,1999 and 2000. The 99 and 96 i think i'm going to replace as i dont like the little cracks in the sidewall by the tread, to me that looks like deterioration. If i was just using it to potter around town i probably wouldnt bother tbh, but seeing as a fair amount of its 'high speed' mileage is holiday use ,and in summer in France on some twisty high roads this year i think it will be wise to now

Yes 100 quid is dear but mich x's wear well and last a longer time than cheapos , and while talking to my work mate who is restoring a sentinel steam lorry at the moment , he's got to pay 500 each tyre-and there's 6 on that

I swapped out 135 wheels and tyres on a charleston and had a tiny problem getting the rear end jacked up enough to receive the larer wheel under the rear rim.
Apart from that, no apparent problems.

I've just ordered a set of four 125 Michelins from Longstone, who are allowing for we impoverished colonials down under ... freight is included in the per tyre £89 price. (amazing!).
Now although it's a little late, I'm wondering ... will these be labelled "tube type" or "tubeless"?
If "tubeless", is there anyone of you out there who has run such (with the appropriate valve assembly) and not had any problems?
