its an M5 threaded jet so there should be no end of suppliers of Mikuni jets on T'internet ( if you get no joy at a proper2cv emporium).They seem to have been fitted to ATVs, snowmobiles chainsaws ride on lawmmowers scooters motorbikes jet skis -just about anything with a medium sized petrol engine.

I'm confused now the jet shown in the above link is that to replace the one in the bottom of the float bowl,or another :? :? :?

your old one has 2 jets that are visible from the top of the carb doesnt it?, later carbs have the main jet buried in the body, its more like a grubb screw. However a tap can be got in through the 12mm access pug on the float bowl. The body can now be tapped to take the replacement jets. yours should just be a strait swap.
Ive no direct experience of your carb or those actual jets but what have you to loose a crap pint of lager/beer costs more? :)
