Just get a Dyane.

Thats one of the [few] disadvantages of a Dyane [over a 2CV] .... yer cant open the window wide ennuff to hang yer arm outa a Dyane .....

I just take the doors off when the sun comes out.

You still won't be able to hang your arm out, because you'll have nothing to hang your arm over.

This (bloody) rubber looks like a convincing trick.
Won't it fly away when the car reaches 120km/h? :)

As for taking away the front doors I will never forget a Swiss policeman on the Alpes, years ago, laughing at the scene (my 2cv without the front doors - they just slide up and down, so it's easy to take them out and keep them behind the front seats...) while I was paying the fine. He made me put the doors back, of course.

Nope, fits really snugly around the door. Easy to fit and remove, though.

Even better, it's easy to adjust the angle of the window by just sliding it up and down the door - and it stays put. It's one of those "Why did nobody think of this earlier?" products.

As for doors... The '98 Paris 50th/National convoy around the centre of the city... Three passengers standing up, so I just lifted the driver's door off the Dyane and shoved it in the back. Les Flics didn't seem to care. Mind you, I did get a taxi bumper nearly touching the seat frame, after I chopped into the bus lane without looking in the mirror (because it wasn't there)...

Really :?: :?: .... :? :? :?
Until the window pops outa its runner :(
And breaks the plastic trim under the window :(
And then the lock "thingy" comes unscrewed :(
And then if yer windows closed, you cant open it :(
Or worse still .....if its open you cant close & lock it :(
And then the sealing strip comes loose .....so you have a draught in your ear and the window leaks every time it rains :(

I've had at least one of the above happen on every Dyane I've ever owned [all five of 'em].... :|
And maybe my arms are _just_ that bit too long ......'cos its a lot easier to stick yer elbow outa a 2CV window.
SORRY

None of which alters the fact that Dyanes are just better than 2cvs.
