Post Re: Exhaust Fitting
Or take it back to the garage which recently fitted it, pointing out to them what a shoddy job they made of it?

If they've overtightened the 'U' clamp between the swan neck and torpedo so that the pipe has been indented, it's going to be quite difficult to separate those parts.

I am thinking probably my best bet is just to take it in to a Citroen garage.

Post Re: Exhaust Fitting
That is exactly what happened. Unfortunately, we had the work done in Luxembourg and now we have the car in France and we wont take it back to Luxembourg any time soon. I will try to take it to the Citroen garage here in France and see if they wont adjust this for us since it was just put on in Luxembourg.

We really appreciate all your help and I suppose if those two pieces were not overtightened we would have been in business by now. Thanks for your input everyone!
