I didn't even notice that!
I've not touched the manifold on that engine in 4yrs, maybe when I hit that sand dune... :lol: :lol: :lol:

There's one of those invisible bolts on that exhaust clamp.
Great for weight saving... ;)

It's the two fathers I never had :P
The exhaust bolt had to com out to get the original alternator off.
And it looks like it may have just been the angle of the dangle with that exhaust stud ;)

No nut required, housing is threaded.

This might have been asked before.... what output is that alternator rated at? (tried to read sticker in photo!)

I think it is 50amp.
This is th one I would like to get, nice and small, available in 40 or 65amp.
