i hate my fucking van. so far 2 bolts holding the n/s front bracket have sheared, which i'll have to somehow extract and replace, and the exhaust is completely in the way of getting the n/s rear bolt off, but is solid at the nearest joint, so ill probably have to take the whole bloody thing off to get to it.

GRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Drill them out, buy an M10 x 1.25 tap and a handful of M10 fine pitch set screws, maybe even some proper lock washers. ;)

Fucking shitty, wanking, cunty, bollocking cock-face of a van...

Looks like at some point in the past, the bolts have been removed on that side, the holes re-tapped and larger bolts put in (cross-threaded of course) with thread-lock, and oh yeah, tack-welded on the back. No wonder i couldn't get the buggers out!

Managed to drill out 2 and replace them with nuts and bolts, but its a shitty bodge of a repair and I'm not happy with it in the slightest. Probably have to replace the arm to be honest, and I don't think acad ones are easy to come by?

At least the van can drive again, although its still the old shock on that side because I couldn't get the fucker off to save my life.
