Or jack one rear wheel at a time off the ground, then adjust one of the snail cams until the shoe is close enough to the drum to indicate whether the drum is out of round.

Edit. Don't forget to back off the adjustment afterwards, though... )If you had an assistant available to press the brake pedal gently, that should work just as well.
Fwiw, I find that it's usually drum brakes which cause this sort of problem, with over-tightening of rear wheel nuts sometimes to blame on A series vehicles.
