Flicking through a copy of IMPressions from last august... spotted an 2CV van lurking amongst some Imps. CAU 323H?

Hi All, yes grateful thanks to all that helped from ourselves and daughter, we were attending our National Imp rally and had made it as far as Newark when she smelt something unpleasant and we pulled over to find a bendy battery and fluid leaking, unable to do anything else we got a new battery from Halfords and continued to Cromford.So what do you do when you drive a 2cv in a field full of Imps?, talk to a friend that knows how to put the 2cv word out.So grateful thanks to Nikki,Johno,Aidan and all who helped rescue us and I hoped you enjoyed the show day on the Sunday. We made it home with no problems and sorry for late response but we went straight onto the Cropredy festival and have just got home, Louise (19) who only passed her test 6 weeks before the show is delighted with her car and is talking of driving to Spain next year, she also joined the 2cvgb club there and then. So thanks again and she will be going to lots more raids,camps and stuff when she's not at uni.
