 Re: 60mph+ left hand vibrations?
jack it up and yank them
it'll be wheel end jack it up rock the wheel in line with the line between A panel and wing fillet fillet and at 90* press bottom of wheel in at the bottom with your knee and push and pull the top of the wheel park with one wheel against the kerb and push the other one in at the rear to feel for give against spring pressure
don't pussy foot about use your full strength - imagine the push on the steering components at 60mph going round the corner

In that case, check that the track rod end housings are centred properly on the steering balls and not binding when the car is jacked up. The symptoms suggest excessive free play in a steering component, so it's got to be there 'somewhere'... ken Little Louis wrote: Yeah did that earlier it almost fell off axles stands honestly there is no movement, like actually no movement not 2cv no movement.

Will get the wheels balanced soon when I find some one who can do it with no centre hole, ok so how do I check the end housings are centred correctly ? (is that a stupid question?)

 Re: 60mph+ left hand vibrations?
Louis, with the wheels on the ground, slacken one of the clamps on the adjuster sleeve, put a pair of mole grips onto the housing, rotate it in each direction as far as possible then hold it at the midway point as the clamp is tightened. When it's correctly centred, there is enough travel available in each direction for the joint not to lock up when the arm is on full 'bump' or full 'droop', otherwise it may bind and either cause stiff steering or mask any free play in the joint. ken Little Louis wrote: Will get the wheels balanced soon when I find some one who can do it with no centre hole, ok so how do I check the end housings are centred correctly ?
