The door (opening) will be original only lower and I've had practice enough, a Cx for several years, every morning it lay on the Tarmac, so I had to fall into it.....

Best way around this is suicide doors :twisted: even makes it easier for pregnant women ;)
One oversight I had was it isn't enough to shorten the headlight bar as it will touch the motor. Better to piss it off and mount the headlights on the guards.

If you think about it, all 2CVs should have been built like this...




...then you wouldn't need to drill holes in the floors to let the water out, just open the doors. :lol:
