Re: Winter muff design for 3 bar grille I have one similar to twofifty AZU's, but with velcro fastenings that I weave through the bars. I originally put it on the outside like in twofifty AZU's picture, but have since decided it looked better attached to the inside of the grill. so all you can see is the straps. As far as I can see, there is no chance of it getting near the fan as there is still the fan grill behind it and it is still limiting the air flow to the engine though less obtrusively visible.

Re: Winter muff design for 3 bar grille Doesn't the air pressure make in bellow inwards mairke? With the grille bars behind it they support it. I've put silver foil on for now but I'll have a go at making one at the weekend.

It is quite stoutly manufactured, similar to the sun visors, with some foam sandwiched between waterproof fabric, and the velcro fasteners riveted on. miarke
