almost sure that it is the top end bearing (the thing that is in the flywheel / crankshaft) had the same thing years ago, also after a long run (Andorra-Netherlands in one go, took 14 hours ) turned out that there wasn't enough grease in. and the bearing was worn out, don't know if it was because of the lack of grease or it was already bad before.
