I do 50Hp. at 5250rpm. but only by 0.7 bar. last time it was rolled. I run with 0.8 now, and more cooling of inter-cool. Drive pt. with 9:1 in kompresion on 95 octane and no problems.

But yes you need an extra oil cooler, at least 13 rows. Just the oil flows through the hot turbo makes the engine gets too hot

The goal is to get the engine to make as many horses as possible without charge pressure.
So needed not so much boost pressure to get the desired Hp. / Nm.

How will you do this? Put the turbo out of the car and make the exaust fit again and then try?

But then again the flow will then by different then the with the turbo so I don't think this will work.

For me (feelings) it is clear to make the way as short as possible from the exaust valve to the turbofan, with as less possible sharp corners and maybe wrapping the exaust with exaust insulation tape to get the best result (read maximum exaust pressure at the turbofan) or am I wrong.

By the way when does boost start at your egine, mine starts at 2500rpm

Please put some picture's from your engine in here I love 2cv turbo's!!!!!

I ment: combustion chamber, into and exhaust manifold, cold air to the air filter. Everything is good for a normal engine is good for a turbo engine. I know that "not only just" can of mount turbo and test drive the engine and expect to div pressure are equal.

I have approximately 0.2 bar from 2000rpm. but the pressure rises only from about 4000rpm. and is only stable at max boost pressure from 4800rpm.
But a smaller turbo from a C3 1.4 HDI is purchased, it would lower the starting point for the boost pressure by just 1000rpm.
