I would hazard a guess that the 3cv hatchback boot-lid, is no longer available new.

 I know it's a bit 1985, but I've always fancied a "portrait boot lid", with my car in a scene from a "typical French village". Anybody here know of an artist, who'll paint a boot lid for me? Any ideas how much it's likely to cost? (I don't really expect that latter question to be answered, unless an artist is reading this and replies  ).

I quite like the split rear door, a bit like van doors instead of the saloon/hatch. I saw a pic recently, I'll see if I can dig it out.
