bloody hell!!!! after freezing my tits off out there to get this job done, i had to accept that the heater pipes (card/wire/foam ones) just could not do the job; my own stupid fault for not sussing it out before ringing ECAS. don't get me wrong, the pipes are great but my brain told me that i would be able to twist and turn them as easy as wink.....wrong!!!

so just sorted out the old style wooly pipes and now the car is toasty...so job's done. but it took me alot of messing about.
