That happened to me last year with the CT on my AZU. The headlights were adjusted all the way down, because that's what you need with a load in the back. They were tested without even a driver in the van. The tester said "You don't drive at night, do you?" and it wasn't even mentioned on the pass form (unlike all the rust, which was).
