Best thing to do is---

go down to your local laser cutters spend at least 5000 Euro on sheet steel! NOT GALV
Cold rolled
put it in your old barns

look at for several days then try to put the jigsaw together!!

remember that you just spent 2 years thinking about the project
then just start welding

well i will post the pictures of the new 4x4 chassis soon
as it comes out of the mould this week

minus 4 Kg from the last batch that is 2 KG a year

jesus if i just drank 20 less beers ayear i could loose that!!
