scraping sound in steering

 Re: scraping sound in steering it also knockes when you turn left after turning right, just after the "centre" position, make sense?

Re: scraping sound in steering Have you checked the clamp and nut at the bottom of the rack isn't fouling on anything down there? Any rattles seem to resonate up the tube making it hard to find.

Re: scraping sound in steering no i haavent, havent really had a chance to do anything recently, i think its at the top as when you are at staionary (only time you can hear it) the scrapeing comes from the top
