I understand that a kingpin is the bit that the hub assembly swivels on so (without crawling under my Fiesta) is it just that a "modern" hub is attached with 2 joints at the top and bottom instead of one pin through the centre?

Re: Has anyone replaced their kingpins with ball joints?
boys from the Barbour Works me n Bart are working on the problem
but easy to say hard to do
we have already spent 1 month at the drawing autocad table and solid works + hours checking and working out
so hopefully this year (with approval association from andrew gardner) we should be able to supply twin ball joint front arms with new hubs on an exchange bases with bolt in wheel bearings
And possibly sealed track rod ends!
however youll have to wait
i will post news when i got it end of summer is a possible start date
