Looks like it has already been replaced once - or something as that line of weld on the RH panel isn't original. Rip it all out and start again like others have said. Check the floor panels are OK, as when I did mine, they were shot too.

Hi, is it possible to replace the complete inner and outer toeboard without removing the body shell from the chassis or taking the engine out?
I have a two post ramp, and the chassis is fine.
