probably you'll have to lengthen the tie-rod mountings on your swing arms, to lower the working pressure. the stroke will be more than enough, if you're happy with the current range of the swing arms.

If you lengthen the tie-rods, 150mm of stroke will not be not enough to hit the curent range of suspension travel

it will be enough, the cylinders from Airbagit have an even shorter stroke.
The cylinders from Airbagit are made in China, ordering them directly saves you the dealings with the cheating and lying bastards from Airbagit, but if you have some spare money and want to find out yourself, order with Joe Morrow and be amazed.

i didn't, and with your solution you need more stroke to compensate for the small diameter

I really thought i had a link to the Chinese manufacturer of the air cylinders, but unfortunately my bookmarks are that much dis-organised, that i can't find it anymore.
If you do a thorough search on "round body" or "round line" air cylinder, you should be able to find them.

Will do AZS, sounds good.
Those ones I listed where just the first to pop up, you can see from the way they are constructed that the stroke length is not an issue, it simply depends on the length of the aluminium barrel extrusion, therefore if unsure you can get a 300mm cylinder and cut it down to length.
I will research the 'airbrake' concept.
And will also find a cheaper solution to shipping ;-)

Cutting to length the round body type will be a lot of work that involves cutting thread in the tube, since the ends are screwed in. The square type is more common but i'm not sure if it will fit alongside the chassis.
