It's British Racing Green open top single seater reminiscent of a twenties racer.

Re: engine reversal I rather like that. It avoids the usual trap people fall into when building 2cv based vintage car replicas, which is that they look shit because the front wheels are much too far back in relation to the bodywork. The dimensions of that are about right.
