Re: Charging/regulation issue. I forgot to update this. On my way home from work I stopped (very gradually) at a zebra crossing to let a young lady with a pram cross. Some idiot on a moped left a bit late to do the same and bumped into the back of me (only scratching my bumper and knocking off the foglight).
I didn't notice till i got in my car the following morning but the voltmeter is now working as it used to, so that's nice.
