I was being flippant about the cost of a new one. Tthat 2nd hand one -it'll be fine under your car
stiffness is an issue with 2cv chassis flexi ones have the car rattling and scuttling over the road . Stiffer is better -wheels chassis have a lot of metal in there not actually doing anything where as a Cit one each piece is intergral to the strength of the box - that's why they fold when the inner web rots. Brilliant design but vulnerable
