Now most of us have booked the holidays for next year and crossings I have today recieved an email from LD Lines Network to say they bought Speedferries database from the administrators and are now doing Dover to Boulogne for cheap! D'oh!

A late entry here but you can get Norfolk line crossings for £19 of £29 single from this site but you have to book today.

There is no ammendment fee which is rather handy.

Just taken a look at a number of websites to see what sort of price a return crossing is and have a quote for £42 return,Dover-Dunkirk. Going out at midday 12th May,return 8pm 26th May. Don't think that is too bad, so will request those two weeks off work tomorrow and then book the ferry when I get home.

So with a bit of luck,I'll be off to Waggel and the French National. :D
