'member' implies 2cvGB, 2cv Racing Club, CCC, Citroen Specials, etc... :)

If you're spattering, your racing team manager will sort out tickets for the team.

Has the club relaxed who can get into a 2CVGB National meeting? I always thought you had to be a paid up member of 2CVGB, hence why they held the membership list at the gate.

You don't have to be a member, but I *think* you take out 'temporary' membership for the duration of the event, for insurance purposes.

The membership list on the gate is just to check that people claiming to be members are.

I think.

.

Yup, anyone attending is a temporary member. But we're double insured because we're using an actual event space :)

It's not really about the club being relaxed, it's about the organisers ;)

You shouldn't have to be a member to get into the racing though? Whats the craic with that? I don't want to have to join the club just to go and spanner all weekend!

Mate come on... I can't foresee anyone having to pick up a spanner at any point over the weekend. Basically no issues or problems will occur.
