You don't have to be a member, but I *think* you take out 'temporary' membership for the duration of the event, for insurance purposes. The membership list on the gate is just to check that people claiming to be members are. I think. |

But we're double insured because we're using an actual event space It's not really about the club being relaxed, it's about the organisers
