I can safely say there's nothing there that a weekend of welding a chassis swapping won't cure.

If you're dead set on cutting it up, have you any pics of the screen surround we asked for?

tbh you'll have a right job to find one that hasn't in your price range. Even some of the 'specialist' restorations are a patchwork of shonky welding.

I think you'll have a mission to find an unwelded 2cv with a galv chassis for less that £2000. I think you're looking at more like £7000 for an unwelded original car.

Well i have seen them. When i went to a place in redruth to collect some ride on mowers he had a plum and custard one there. Anything will need work but babs is serious.
