I'm spannering on a stage rally for a mate on Saturday, but am hoping to get down for the day Sunday, possibly with Mr.Chaseracer.  EDIT: just spoke to him, we are indeed coming down for the day.

Chaseracer and I popped down this morning, but it sems we missed most of the fun. Gorgeous day though, so we made the most of it by scoffing enormo-burgers in the pub and (in my case anyway) demolishing a couple of pints of Fosters. Took this on the camping field, just to prove we'd been:  Then we set of for home, performing a Stenhouse Raid en route.  But he wasn't in either. So we entertained ourselves by tagging onto the back of a convoy of MG's in the Dyane, then gleefully laying waste to them at every stretch of clear road. Sun, twisty A-roads, roof off, few beers, good conversation, what more could anyone ask for? Top day out, thanks Dave.

Yeh, it would seem all the fun was last night - had a missed call (adrian chapman?) at twenty past midnight, when i listened to the voicemail it sounded like the entire pub shouting 'NEIL'. glad you all had a good time! |
