RADARS [Rotherham And District Association of Roaming Snails] Midsummer Camp........Friday 22nd June to Sunday 24th June 2012. Building on our Midsummer Camp tradition at the Pilgrim Fathers Caravan Site,Saracen Lane,Scrooby,Doncaster,DN10 6AS. The camp is in a lovely historic countryside location,sheltered flat field,well cut grass,real showers & toilets with a pub serving traditional beer & good food at the end of the Lane [100yds away]. Prices have been held at 2011 cost [£8.00 per night]. Come and join us for a relaxing weekend in lovely surroundings .....the historic Market town of Bawtry is only 5minutes drive away,nearby is Sherwood Forest [with the Robin Hood Visitor Centre] and the country estates of of Clumber Park & Rufford Park are only 20 minutes drive away,also nearby is Thoresby Hall which has one of the best Sunday Markets in the North of England.
