Sunday 6th May

Start Point : Ace Café, Old North Circular Road, Stonebridge, London, NW10 7UD. Telephone 020 89611000. Directions: www.ace-cafelondon.com.

Theme : ‘TheQueen’s Diamond Jubilee’ . Feel free to dress your cars and yourselves!

Cost : £8 per car, payable at the Ace Café or Hove Park.

Start time : 9.30am – Gathering from 8am – good food and good value at the café.

Finish Point : North End of Hove Park, off Woodland Drive BN3 7RD.

Regroup point : Park & Ride car park just off the A24 at the southern end of the Horsham bypass and adjacent to the amenity tip – at the rear of the large Shell Hop Oast Fuel Station and Shop. You may regroup or indeed join here if not travelling from London – The convoy from here will leave at 12 noon and go through the centre of Horsham.

Refreshments: Catering from an H Van creperie – ‘French Revolution’ which will be serving savoury galettes and sweet crepes. There will also be our usual coffee van with his excellent range of coffees and hot chocolate and tea and soft drinks will also be available.

Traders: There will again be no charge but please contact Maurice or Sue – 01903 267469 or mauricedilley@hotmail.com if you wish to come. A prize for our tombola will be requested.

Camping: There will be camping over the week-end from Friday 4 to Sunday 7 May at a site within easy striking distance of Brighton – contact Maurice or Sue again for details.

We're heading down.

Hopefully it's going to be the start of a beautiful week away as we're off across to France for a few days afterwards.
