had a great time at waggel this year!
new location, and looks really nice. toilets and showers with warm water, all kept clean by the people from the campsite.

It was not as big as before, but it is a start.

I doubt I will get along to it next year what with Spain too, but it's still such a shame it's held the same time as the French hold there meeting, I'm sure attendance would be up if it was a different time of year! How many cars were there ?

Few years it was 300+ cars, and the last 2 years the attendance tumbled down..
Now they want to get the "Waggel-feeling" back, give the meeting back to the visitors instead of the board..
It was bigger than last year, and hopefully it will be a big meeting in a few years, like it was 4-6 years back.

The date will almost always clash with the French National.. Waggel has been organised for decades around Ascension Day, because then the most of the people have a 4 day weekend.
