Post subject:  NOT HAPPING.......SORRY.....Derbyshire Firework Camp ??
I'm thinking of doing another Fireworks camp this year.
We did one about 2 years ago and it was well attended.
Camping at the Hurt Arms, Ambergate and then train into Matlock Bath on the Saturday evening to see the fireworks ' illuminations ' and decorated boats on the River Derwent.

Is anyone interested?

Pub does good food and camping is on a flat, well drained field.
Only downside is the toilets overnight are public loos across the road (or a empty milk bottle in your tent :lol: )

Like what Sam says :-( or a long weekend in France. Is there a halloween a few weeks later? I've got the time booked for that.

It was a good do last time - hope it goes well.

Yep ;) , it's in this month's mag, I think, but that's as far as I've got with it.

Oh, and yes to fireworks if it goes ahead. Was a good weekend last time and made a bit of a difference from the norm. :)

Sorry this is not happening now.

I can't get hold of the pub and can only assume it's shut!

I'll have another go next year & maybe find another venue.
