Post Goodwood Breakfast club
I wasn't expecting to enjoy this very much, but as it's local and a nice venue I met Sam, Jorge and James W this morning and we headed up there. Met Chris Collins there, and set about finding breakfast. It's free to get in and there's more really nice and varied old cars there than most classic car shows. Each month has a different theme, and today was 'Tax-Free Sunday', so there was plenty of pre-73 cars of all types there. Breakfast was 'kin expensive. I had a burger and a coffee and it cost me £8+, but in its defence it was quite nice. I could have had full english for £10 but the queue went halfway round the track.

The sun came out and we had a wander and a chat, took the piss out of a few things and smoked some fags. All in all, it was quite a good morning. Upon further wandering we discovered a kart track and skid pan, James lent me a tenner and we both had a go in a ropey BMW 316 which was missing half its wheelnuts. Ten quid well spent, I thought.

I was suprised, it was a really pleasant day, and I'm going back next month for the theme 'Soft top Sunday'

No pics of anything interesting, but here's our cars all lined up.

They're the first Sunday of the month- April is the 3rd and themed as "soft top sunday".

I went down last Sunday (C5 though as 2CV was being fixed) - didn't spot all the 2CVs in the car park field though.
Took some photos of the oldies inside.
I couldn't even be bothered to queue for a cup of coffee never mind spend £10 on breakfast!
