Following a drunken conversation with various Firkin Flyers and Frogs last autumn, I was coerced into orgainsing an Easter camp... Well I am pleased to announce that (pending a site visit at the weekend) the Legless Frogs will be having a camp at the Rose & Crown, Holbeach Hurn, Lincolnshire (http://www.roseancrown.co.uk/index.shtml). There will be a pub with showers, camping, a pub, possibly a scenic drive and a pub - what more do you want? I will be making a Facebook page with more info, and putting an announcement on http://www.2cvgb.co.uk. Look forward to seeing you there! ![]() Becky PS I have no links with any other Easter camps that may have been organised ![]() |

Great! I can't make Firkin Freezing, so I'll be very ready for a 2cv camp by Easter. |

Splendid, Jono - good times ahead ![]() It's 2-5 April, and I think it'll be £5pppn, but I'm going to negotiate with the landlord @ the weekend. Tell all your friends, it'll be windy and cold, but we don't care! Bx |

YAY! I'm sure we've had a camp at Holbeach Hurn years back - prob a wicked winter?? Alternative Easter camp seems all too 'organised' for my taste! Weekend booked off! WOOP WOOP |

Thinking about it, I think it was a Middle East Nomads Wind Chill camp that we had at Holbeach Hurn. I like the Fens coz it's full of Dykes! |

I'm sure it was at this pub as well - bar doesn't seem to have changed much. Think we had an epic bonfire thanks to Pancake Dave. Got some photos somewhere that I'll scan in after Firkin Freezin. |

last windchill camp we went to was at a pub that had it's own brewery and we got a tour around it. It was also Dave Burdetts birthday iircc. It wasn't a very well attended camp but boy did we have fun in the pub. The young uns did some wodka jelly and we drank it through a straw. It wasn't far from Dave and Anne Maries place. |
