To repeat...

If anybody can't get to Paris on 10th Feb, the CCC have a date booked for early May. Drop me a PM or an email to adrian@citroencarclub.org.uk and I'll see if we can get you on the list - there's spaces at the mo.

Obviously, preference will be given to club members if there's too many people interested, but I can't see non-members would be a problem if there's otherwise empty spaces.

There's also a definite price and some ground rules. Citroen charge €4. To cover organisational costs, exchange rates (David pays Citroen directly) etc, that's converted to £4 (today's exchange rate gives €4=£3.49). Then, to try to cut down on "no-shows", a £5 returnable deposit is added. Send a cheque for £9, get given £5 back at the door. Personally, I think that's more than fair.

There are 40 slots on the tour, and 30 definite CCC member names at the moment, with the annoucement due to go in the March Citroenian. Assuming there are spare places, I'll be requesting cheques off the first (places+50%) people who email me. If you're in the 50%, you're relying on people ahead of you on the list not getting their backsides in gear and sending cheques. If you're interested, send me an email to adrian@citroencarclub.org.uk

This is NOT a UK-specific offer, either, since there's no transport involved. If you're outside the UK, you're welcome to join in. I think rounding up to €10 is fair? (€6 "deposit" is £5.25)

Well, 1 week and 1 day after sending off for my new passport, it has arrived :D in plenty of time for the 10th Feb. Shame I won't be going to the Conservatoire now  Still...as soon as I get my 2cv back(about Wednesday-ish), I'll be booking my ferry ticket and heading on over to France anyway :D
