Post Re: Firkin Freezin 2010
The first time the roof blew off I did carry on, and the second, and the third.... I lost count after pulling off the hard shoulder for the 5th time by which time the roof was buggered. I was cold. Then I noticed the crack in the tyre.

Thing is, its a 4 hour drive, and then with C joining me up there, I didnt want to put her through a drafty cold journey in a car that isnt the most comfortable at the best of times.
:(

Laying in bed last night I seriously considered coming up to FF today, but the list of jobs I have to do to my car is going to take me most of the weekend, so I can't see me making it up. Hope the rest of you have a good time though, plenty of pics please!

There's nothing on in the 2cv world, next weekend  Well, I'll probably need scraping off the floor by then

Boom. Good meeting. Good weather (ish) Ami Slots In hand. New tent works. New sleeping matts work. Meal from mum and dad. And to tope it all off the dodgy pub singer RAY PICKIN was a legend. I think it was his biggest crowd ever. Wal pulling some moves on the dance floor.

Oh and dunk mounting a table, (not 100% sure what he was doing.)

Roll on summer.

Epic! Over 70 2CVers in the pub on saturday night. Sorry no pics taken (but I've got the scanner from Adrian - thanks to Matt for bringing it up - so roll on old skool scanning action!)
