Re: Knebworth 1992
sweet pictures, Chris. Thanks for sharing! I can't remember who owned the 'Freak Brothers' Dyane, infact i'd completely forgotton about it! The multi-coloured Dyane next to it belonged to Julian the hippy. (UHU 696T?) The red Acadiane is Tim Dodds 'Fire unit' regularly seen with a huge flag pole & HOT hippos flag, fake arm & hand sticking out of the rear doors & no front doors at most camps! the last pic is of 4x4 Mark's Charleston, which is looking rather lofty:

Quote: this is how it looks these days Oh... think I prefer the before. But each to their own and ACAD's do look pretty anyway.

It's now on a flat-four chassis... Also, back in the old days, Tim used to go _everywhere_ in the van - often with a Shetland Pony in the back. Now it goes on a trailer behind the motorhome. The yellow-to-white fade was John Blakeley. No sign in the pics of my transport for the event - a beige Rover 820... (The Ami was being resprayed at the time)
