Re: 2cv 4x4 Event Morvan near Dijon Easter
Here's some of mine from the weekend - Note my 4x4 now sporting wider wheels, wider tyres and plastic wings. Looking at selling these items for normal 2cvers who want the off road look or for soft off road use. Will try to have ready in time for L2B. Rich

Re: 2cv 4x4 Event Morvan near Dijon Easter
I need to check with Louis B for exact spec - but basically they are a GSA wheel middle with a wider outer welded on.
They are about an inch wider than standard.
The tyres really made a difference off road - they would fit standard rims as well.
I'll get the full sp later

G rims would give 1/2" extra width. You're going to curse 'em when you bend a few of 'em... Which you will. Unless you're going to keep it all pretty and shiny and polished and not properly used.

Re: 2cv 4x4 Event Morvan near Dijon Easter
Superb weekend again at Morvan... great driving, great people, great weather. My liver is now resting.. These French know how to put on a cracking few days of motor sport.. I think health and safety would have a few helpful things to say over here if we attempted the same
I have no stills but plenty of video footage to keep me busy for a while. I think there were four cameras going at one time or another. I will try and make sense of it, and post something as soon as I can.
I have to say that those wheels on Rich's machine looked good but also performed brilliantly. A lot of the 4x4's were using those M+S tyres with plenty of success.
I'm booking in next year already...
