Re: 21st WORLD MEETING SLOVENIA 2015
Having just watched the vid that Russell posted elsewhere, (don't remember if I'd seen that before, who's the scary looking dude? ) I've now decided that all voting for future world meeting locations will be based on whether or not they can provide access to a local race track.

Slovenia is a long way home on a recovery truck with a broken gearbox. I'm not sure about you, but that will only be on my mind before and after visiting the track, and highly unlikely to register during.

Ah! Slovenia sounds cool! Between Holland and Slovenia, my vote is on the last. It's more to the south, and closer to other places I'd like to go on a "worldmeeting trip". I'll be visiting Holland this summer anyway

FJ include European breakdown don't they. Amongst several thousand 2cvs there's bound to be a spare gearbox somewhere. Plus chances are mr Pembro will be there somewhere.

Not to worry about gearbox or engine. One of three owners of 2cv in Slovenia have reserve gearbox in his garage.

That is correct Bizi... Even I have I think 6 gearboxes at home in working condition... What ever you like... AMI, 2cv, dyane, dak, ... Only problem is that I think we dont have race track here but I am not shure...there is one but I think it is not open.

I think I will vote for Slovenia. Holland would be brilliant if not though. Who else is standing?
