It was beautiful. All CX's are. Yep, ten mins from you on the A23 sat at a roundabout, stationary an uninsured driver in a fiesta whcked the rover behind me so hard that it pushed uinto the CX and wrote us both off.

The CX was fab as always and remained driveable and safe but twisted to hell in the back end. I drove it for 2 more weeks as needs must and all that. Sorry about the BX being a pain. old citroens, who'd have them?

And as to what happened to it, well. I sold it to a guy that was either going to strip it for spares or re-shell it with another car he had. Several years later i know it was still sitting on his driveway untouched. I believe it might have been scrapped about a year ago unfortunatly, but thats not for sure. Maybe it is still sitting there.

One thing i wish i had done was take those revolution wheels off.

Hmmmmm. Incontinent black CX. Did you swap it for a BX 16v in silver?

:D
Yup thats me. The BX was also incontinent, but that was water not LHM. Actually I think the CX wasn't bleeding green much when you took it off my hands Matt as it had a fairly recent MOT.

Didn't you then get rear-ended a matter of minutes after leaving my house? Whatever happened to that CX? it was beautiful in its way.

Yes I remember owning that CX and accidentally putting my thumb through the bootlid when I missed the push button. As I recall Black gaffa tape formed a percentage of the bodywork.
