I can't get the top rubber to go in, something's not right so it'll probably have to come out :roll:. Daisy was a great help though, never have got this far with it without her :D .

Very strange was your wind screen frame in one piece or build up in two halfs?

I replaced the lower part with a repro part and the radiuses are slightly different which pushes the windscreen upwards
,I took a lot of time over the measurements, trimming the flanges etc. so I know they're correct,
it doesn't take much to make it wrong, even got a secondhand original rubber seal as well.
Oh well, I have a plan for fixing it which doesn't involve more bodywork.
I'll tell you if it works ;) .
