Here it is folks, the scariest car that can possibly have ever been road legal (on paper anyway)

I know it to have been sat in a garden for years, been rear ended and have the chassis legs straightened with a big bar, etc etc.

Its a drum brake tastic 602 (was single choke but now twin and non organ pedal due to needing to make it work and thats all i had to hand) Shes got a big end rattle and low oil pressure on tickover, seized suspension adjustment, and knackered friction dampers but she still did 80mph everywhere when last used. Amazingly the non exsistant C posts, and other rusty areas are all surrounded by good metal so is emminently repairable and already has new sills and front floors now. It will return, be afraid, be very afraid.............

Although this photoshop seems to be majorly flawed... I like how there's only one headlight changed! Was it too hard to stick it behing the bumper...?

That car does exist. Dont no why someone photoshopped the beetle like onto it.

i actually really like that.... but the only main thing which puts me off is how its obviously done to look vdub :/ even little bits like the rear exhaust box... its a good looking car but i feel its just another one of them "i wanted a beetle and this is what i ended up with" type cars :/ but i still like it :)

but i prefer a mix coloured blue drummer :D

I couldnt say it any better myself. That is EXACTLY my thoughts of those kind of cars. Dont get me wrong, it's a cool looking car, but it had been even cooler if it had been a VW......

If you want a vw, GET ONE!!!!

I like my 2CV's for what they are, and would never dream of trying to force a vw-style on them. Jisses christ no!! A beetle LOOKS better than a 2CV, no doubt. A 2CV is "a ugly duckling". But I dont have 2CV's for theire looks

I have 2CV for a lot of reasons, and a BEETLE dont meet any of them. A 2CV is totally a much better car than a Beetle in my book.

(I have a 54-mod beetle, but it is awaiting restoration, and probably will for a long time. Citroëns seems to sneak in line ;) )

BEETLES seems to haunt 2CV-forums. Wonder if BEETLE forums are full of 2CV-threads :?:
