I bought this 2CV last year together with another from the same year 1974 602 ccm 28HP,after 21 years it's time to get it back on the road again.

The plan is to get MOT,first getting it to stop and go,cosmetics and rust spots are not a must


And today here it is





All the brakes are blocked front rear and master cilinder

Behind the drum there was a surprizes,it was empty

Sprayed with degreas from the local market.



Then presure washed,most of the dirt came off



And we have a clean and shiny car

At least you've been able to sit down and be comfortable when working on those drum brakes in a 2CV.
I chose to haul the whole lump out of this Ami 8 to make things a bit easier...

I forgot to mention,while getting the drums out i hit my hands and i got a couple of scars on each hand
