Need to repair the wings before bending the ends. Started brazing but oxygen gauge went kaput, time for a beer.

No further on with Dali's moustache but have managed to get the front wings brazed, very rough but suprisingly solid again!

Not pretty but in the spirit of the project, which is to get the van's bodyshell etc. solid. It took a long time but now I'll be able to bend the bumper ends and trim the tube before welding in situ.

front bumper is not v-shaped but curved all the way and a bit more to the edges of wings.

Fair enough, a PO bumper is like that but this isn't a PO bumper because I don't want it to sit so far forward on extended brackets. If it was an offroad van maybe :) It won't need the skid plate either, not with 12 hp to play with :lol: .
